Job Role – Telesales & CSR (Calling & Chats)
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a dual profile (Outbound Sales Representatives + Customer Service Chats) to join our team and help us take our company to the next level! You will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential customers and take customer service chats.

Job Requirements:
• Academic Background & Professional Experience:
• 2 – 3+ years of experience in outbound sales calling & customer service (preferably in Calls, Chat and Email channels).
• Equivalent experience in a similar role in the online gaming sector, the e-commerce sector, credit card collections
• Knowledge of Sports betting and casino industry is considered as an advantage
Required Knowledge / Skills / Languages:
• English, Hindi, Telugu (Optional), Tamil (Optional)
• Typing speed 40+ wpm
• Typing accuracy: 100%
