QS/ Estimator required
• Location - Dubai /Sharjah
• 5 to 10 years of experience in execution works for steel construction
• Exposure in steel fabrication and erection works.
• Market Knowledge
• Project Obligations & Planning
• Tender Documentation Management.
• Client, Main Contractor & In-House Coordination
• Team management
Responsible for the daily execution of the tendering process, reviews and analysis of company risks associated with each tender, accountable for the collation and submission of the tender proposals in accordance with client Invitation to Tender (ITT) requirements. Secure a potentially profitable work stream for the business by ensuring that bids are prepared in a timely manner, are attractive to our customers, and meet the company’s requirements.
