HSE Engineer with 5+ Years of Construction Experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in line with RTA and Dubai Municipality requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to address HSE concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Provide HSE training and guidance to site personnel to promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance.
• Prepare reports on HSE performance, incidents, and compliance status for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field.
• Professional certification in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in HSE management within the construction industry, specifically on RTA and Dubai Municipality projects.
• In-depth knowledge of local HSE regulations, codes, and standards applicable to construction projects in Dubai.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
