And guess what? We’re diving straight in! I’m excited to kickstart the journey by seeking an exceptional Guest Relations Coordinator for our Short Term & Holiday Rentals team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing a portfolio of up to 50 properties (area specific)
• Coordinate any issues faced by the tenants on a daily basis
• Coordinate check ins and check outs for the guests on a 24 hour basis
• Schedule all housekeeping requirements
• Facilitate any maintenance issues with our in-house maintenance team or 3rd party maintenance teams
• Responsible to maintain a high level of occupancy all year round
• Carrying out Inventory checks after guests leave the property
• Answer incoming leads via email, phone and WhatsApp for listings
• Responding to all enquiries on International platforms
• Facilitate viewings with clients
• Track, remind and collect any due rental payments
• Responsible to return clients security deposits
• Record all bookings and client’s information in our PMS system
Role requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Driving license and car is a must
• Experience in Dubai is essential
• Experience and knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate Market.
