Hiring Restaurant Purchaser/Receiver
• Location: Dubai
• Salary : 6K+
• 6 days work week
• At least 5 year to experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and purchase high-quality ingredients, supplies, and equipment for the restaurant.
• Work closely with the management team to develop and adhere to budgetary guidelines.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to identify ingredient substitutions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Qualification:
• Proven experience in purchasing and receiving roles within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory management and procurement software is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for record-keeping.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
