Customer Service Associate required
Key qualities:
• Fit in using computers (fast learner and can adapt easily with tools)
• Can work effectively in varying shifts (Dubai Time)
• Keen in following correct processes
• Team player and can collaborate effectively with colleagues and different departments
• Effective in multitasking
• Excellent time management skills
Requirement:
• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as CSR (experience with travel industry/account is a plus)
• Good written and verbal communication
