Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and monitor budgets for individual restaurant locations and the overall company.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity to support daily operations.
• Control and analyze expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
• Oversee inventory management to optimize food and beverage costs.
• Manage payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Establish and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard assets.
• Utilize accounting software and systems to streamline financial processes.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Experience in the Food & Beverage and Restaurant Industry.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
