• Criteria: 3-5 years of Experience (Similar industry experience preferred)
• Able to Work under pressure to meet deadline
• Good Organisational & Communication Skill
Job Roles:
• Communicating with suppliers/ vendors
• Arranging technical stores/ spares, provision etc. To vessel
• Sourcing & procuring competitive quotation for quality goods from thesupplier , reconcile accounts payable & receivable
• Preparing/ issuing purchase order
• Ensuring timely delivery of the spares/ stores to the vessel
• Scrutinizing & processing invoices
