Job description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Fitout /Constriction Project Engineer. The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the entire project from start to finish. They will be the point person for communication between the client and the team, developing and presenting project proposals, reviewing plans and specifications, and ensuring safety and quality on-site. The Project Engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or civil engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in Fitout, construction, renovation, and commercial projects.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints, and other technical documentation.
• Details oriented and quality driven.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver multiple projects at the same time.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices, including budgeting, scheduling, and estimation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Software Knowledge such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and Primavera.
• Ability to effectively communicate with the team, clients, and stakeholders.
• A problem solver with a can-do attitude and a passion for challenges.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must have UAE driving license.
• Fluent in English speaking and writing.
