Job Responsibilities
• Lead, train, and motivate the waitstaff to deliver exceptional service aligned with Play’s standards.
• Interact with guests, anticipate their needs, and ensure a personalized and memorable dining experience.
• Address guest concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of professionalism and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team and management to ensure seamless service and timely food delivery.
• Uphold Play’s ambiance and brand image by maintaining cleanliness, proper table setup, and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and Play’s operational protocols.
• Assist in managing inventory, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders to optimize supplies and minimize wastage.
• Monitor equipment and report any maintenance needs to ensure a seamless service environment.
Minimum Experience
• The ideal candidate must have a passion for hospitality with a minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role with a proven track record of working in a high-volume restaurant.
• Previous experience in a high-end dining establishment or similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in Dubai’s dynamic food scene.
• Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
• Strong customer service focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of fine dining service standards, food, beverages, and wine pairings.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using restaurant management software and reservation systems.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (21 years old)
