Medical Claims Officer required
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Role:
To attend medical approval queries and resolve the cases
Maintain customer satisfaction and client retention
Requirements:
• Education – Graduates in Medical/Para medical/insurance courses or Medical professionals like Nurse, Doctor or Pharmacist
• 1+ year of experience in handling Medical Insurance Claims
• Excellent Communication skills in English, Malayalam and Hindi
• Additional qualifications in the Insurance stream preferable.
