Job Description:
Join our team as a Document Controller and contribute to the efficient management and organization of our documents and records. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to ensure accuracy and accessibility of critical information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain document control procedures and systems.
• Receive, review, and process documents in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents and records.
• Manage the distribution and retrieval of documents as needed.
• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
• Collaborate with various departments to collect and organize documentation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of document control policies.
• Generate reports and summaries of document control activities.
• Provide training to staff on document control processes.
• Perform other document control-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in document management.
• Proficient in document control software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of document control standards and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field is preferred.
