Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in relevant field.
The DC Technical Manager with experience in people management, technical support as well as datacenter operations is responsible for the maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical Systems in the DCs and ensure support for the other departments for the smooth running of the Data Center. He shall physically attend the critical system maintenance as per the approved schedule Managing critical system major / shutdown maintenance including UPS, Switchgear, Generators
Supervising & Physical attendance during the Maintenance of above-mentioned Electrical Systems as per the approved schedule [including nighttime & public holidays]
Presenting & demonstrating the Customers regarding DC Operations, Processes & Policies
Managing installation Projects. Follow-up with vendors for deliveries and Monitor the Project Implementation.
Responsible for preparation review and final approval of MOP, SOP and EOPs as per manufacturer recommendations.
