Hiring Last Mile Delivery Team Leader
• Manage the Last Mile Delivery operation across multiple location
• Lead the inhouse fleet and manage 3PL
• Manage the live operations and take timely decisions for best use of resources.
• Ensure the delivery SLA and lead times are being met
Qualification:
• Experience using last mile delivery systems
• Experience working with OnDemand or QCommerce models
• Experience managing large number of driver
• Strong leadership and decision-making skill
• Able to take timely decisions and deal with challenges in a fast-paced environment
