Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 5-10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top-tier candidates.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make informed hiring recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the FMCG manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
