Hiring eCom Operations Assistant Manager - F&B;We are looking for a eCom Operations Assistant Manager to join our team and spearhead our food & beverage delivery business.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing relationships with various food delivery apps, optimizing online menus, planning promotional & marketing activities, ensuring operational compliance, and monitoring/optimizing the performance of different food brands across multiple delivery platforms. Working knowledge of food delivery operations and experience managing relationships with food delivery apps in the UAE is essential.
Responsibilities:
• Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with various food delivery apps.
• Negotiate terms and agreements to maximize partnership benefits.
2. Menu Optimization:
• Manage and optimize online menus for multiple food brands across all delivery platforms.
• Ensure accuracy, attractiveness, and consistency in menu presentation.
3. Promotional Calendar:
• Develop and execute a strategic promotional calendar to enhance sales & brand visibility.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotions with business objectives.
4. Operations Management:
• Optimize and improve operations to ensure optimal preparation times, quality packaging and presentation for delivery is being achieved.
• Ensure that food delivery operations adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct regular audits to guarantee compliance and efficiency.
5. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
• Monitor & optimize the performance of different food brands on online delivery platforms.
• Implement strategies to optimize brand visibility, sales, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in F&B;e-commerce operations.
• Experience working with online food delivery platforms in UAE.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
