We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team, as an Online Customer Service Representative with at least 1-year experience in flower arrangements.
You will be the main point of contact of our online customers. Within this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Other Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in our online websites.
• Handle order placement and tracking of products.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as customer service and florist is a must.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in using MS Office and online platforms.
