Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies to meet the training needs of the hotel staff
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees at all levels
• Conduct training needs analysis and identify areas for improvement in employees’ competencies
• Collaborate with department heads to identify specific training requirements and develop customized programs
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance reviews
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure the delivery of high-quality training initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development within the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs
• Strong knowledge of learning methodologies and adult learning principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and development
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
