Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the UAE’s road and infrastructure sector.
• Thorough understanding of construction costs, contracts, and project management.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements:
• Demonstrated expertise in quantity surveying for road and infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards in Dubai.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools.
• Possession of a UAE Driving License is a plus.
