Logistics/Warehouse In-charge

We are hiring Logistics/Warehouse In-charge for one of our clients from Building Materials:
Job Location: Dubai Industrial City - UAE
Recruitments:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a Logistics cum Warehouse In-charge role, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven ability to manage import shipments, local purchases, warehouse operations, and local dispatches.
• Strong understanding of import and export documentation, inventory management, and report generation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all import shipments, from purchase order placement to customs clearance and delivery to the warehouse.
• Manage local purchases, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, using a warehouse management system (WMS) if applicable.
• Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Prepare and submit reports on stock levels, inventory movements, and warehouse performance.
• Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely and efficient local dispatches.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant import and export regulations and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and secure warehouse environment.
