Position: Head of Secondary Sales
About the Role:
As the Head of Secondary Sales in Dubai, you will drive property sales, manage a team, and develop sales strategies to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership and Team Management: Direct and guide the sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Set sales targets, monitor progress, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Sales Strategy and Execution: Devise effective sales strategies to optimize secondary property sales.
• Identify target segments and refine sales approaches to attract buyers.
• Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key clients, provide personalized services, and ensure smooth transactions.
• Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing for impactful campaigns and utilize diverse channels for property showcasing.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track sales performance, provide reports to management and analyze market data for improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Extensive real estate sales experience in Dubai with leadership skills (5-6 years).
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and exceptional communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and English language fluency.
