Chartered Contracting looking for a Mechanical Engineer with 10 years of experience, the Tasks will be as follows (but not limited):
• Study and review the Contract Design Drawing, Project Specs and BOQ, Particular and General Conditions, and any other Contract Documents.
• Generation of Shop Drawings as per the Standards, Specifications, and original Design.
• Review and comment on any MOS from any Specialist or from the Site team of the Project located currently in Iraq.
• Arranging of MOS for any Item of Mechanical Systems.
• Arranging of RFI for any Item of Mechanical Systems.
• Arranging Variation Orders with all related documents.
• Knowledge of Design for HVAC systems, Plumbing, and FF.
• Respond and reply to any queries related to the Mechanical discipline coming from the Site team.
• Arranging a Draft Technical Letter for Consultant comments.
• Arranging Notice of Variation for discrepancies between Design and BOQ.
Notes:
• The Work will be in the office only.
• The location will be in Dubai.
