Hiring Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Defining business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information. Once the issue is clearly understood, they outline detailed requirements for a solution and ensure the delivered solution meets those business requirements.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of office operations.
• Monitor and report on the performance of employees, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Provide regular reports to the Managing Director on employee performance, work progress, and operational management.
• Track and analyse operational and financial data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather information on business processes and performance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on all aspects of the business, including profit and loss analysis.
• Conduct regular assessments of business processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement and manage systems for tracking and reporting key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business analysis.
• Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience in UAE.
• Master’s degree in business administration, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or Accounting. Data Science or Computer Information Systems from a reputed foreign university.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
• Ability to work collaboratively and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Familiarity with property management and real estate industry practices is a plus.
Reporting Structure:
The Business Analyst - Office Operations will report directly to the Managing Director and collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless communication and reporting across all aspects of the business.
