Collections Specialist required
Location: Dubai
Requirements:
• Previous call center/BPO work experience in collections.
• 2+ years outbound collection experience in a BPO setting.
• Bank experience, US Bank experience is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of collection processes.
• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and people skills.
• Outstanding phone etiquette.
• Resilient with impolite clients.
• Should be available in UAE - immediate joining.
• Compensation Package: AED 5,000 + incentives
