• Minimum 2 to 3 years of UAE Experience in the related field.
• Should have good knowledge of the following:
• RERA Reports
• Building Condition Audits.
• Reserve Fund Study.
• Building Completion Audits.
• Reinstatement Cost Assessment.
• QUALIFICATION: BE/B.Tech (Civil Engineers Preferred).
