Placement Summary:
As a Manager in Accounting Advisory Services at our client, you will lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality accounting advisory services to clients across various industries. You will manage projects that involve complex accounting and regulatory issues and drive business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage accounting advisory projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within the budget and timeline.
• Advise clients on technical accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for new business.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff, including providing performance reviews and career guidance.
• Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge management within the firm.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent qualification is required.
• Minimum of 08 years of professional experience in accounting advisory or a related field, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, SEC reporting, and other regulatory requirements.
• Prior experience in a professional services or advisory environment is preferred.
• Exceptional project management, leadership, and client service skills.
