Position Summary:

As the HR Manager in our client’s dynamic Dubai hub, you will orchestrate the human capital strategy, steering our client’s diverse workforce towards excellence and innovation. In this pivotal role, you’ll architect our client’s talent acquisition, fostering a high-performing and inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a comprehensive recruitment process, from job postings and interviews to candidate selection, emphasising efficiency and respect.
• Formulate HR strategies that align with the company’s overarching objectives.
• Serve as the bridge for management and employee relations, proactively managing conflicts and addressing issues.
• Oversee a structured performance review process, offering feedback and championing employee development.
• Contribute to business growth by nurturing talent, encouraging engagement, and retaining valuable human capital.
Education and Experience:
• A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR management experience within logistics, supply chain, or port management industries.
• Professional HR certifications such as CIPD or SHRM will be highly regarded.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is beneficial.
