HSE Officer

Alchemy is hiring an HSE Officer with oil and gas experience.
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary up to AED 8,000
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Experience:
• More than 5 Years of UAE experience in the Oil and gas industry.
• The HSSE officer is responsible for supporting HSSE engineers in developing and implementing HSSE policies, procedures, and manuals to meet the legal requirements.
• Establishing proper HSSE systems of work, conducting risk assessment, providing necessary HSSE training, monitoring the HSSE performance, auditing, and proposing improvement action.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review the HSSE section’s management and maintenance policies, procedures, and systems in alignment with legal requirements and best practices to improve operational performance.
• Conduct awareness programs across the facility to transfer knowledge to all parties and thereby support compliance with set standards.
• Follow-up timely all related administrative tasks to meet organizational requirements.
Other requirements:
• Good knowledge of local and international legislation and regulations and best practices on HSE.
• Expert knowledge of investigation techniques.
• Expert knowledge of report writing and record keeping
• Expert knowledge of all OH&S;and other relevant safety regulations and standards
• NEBOSH IGC/IOSH accredited certification
