• POS setup
• POS Printer (Windows/ OPOS) Setup
• worker setup
• Sophos firewall and endpoint setup
• D-link phone setup
• Cisco setup
• one drive/ dropbox setup
• VPN, router and switch setup
• Hyper V configuration
• IT and network security
• Network printer setup
• Sophos and ESET Antivirus installation and configurations
• Able to handle Microsoft 365 policies and security
• Laptop and phone setup and configuration
• DynDNS configuration
• File and system Backup and restoration required
• Application installation and configurations like SQL Server, MS Office, Printer drivers etc.
