Requirements:
• Strong communication skills & Fluent in English
• Must have inbound calls and email writing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Reservation experience is preferable.
• Restaurant or Beach Club experience is a plus
• Warm and friendly personality, professional appearance, and grooming.
You will be responsible for answering telephone calls, responding emails, handling payments, making reports, handling guest special requests and complaints and has the ability of problem solving, working under pressure. Being flexible to extend working hours whenever it is required.
