We are hiring a Legal Counsel for our Oil & Gas Construction Client to be based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Should be a qualified lawyer with 8+ years experience from Oil & Gas contracting companies.
Should be proficient in interpreting and clarifying contracts and advise the company on any risk factors and aid with the planning needed to avoid and mitigate any unnecessary risks.
Would be responsible for drafting of contracts and other legal agreements with clients, external vendors especially during the procurement phase.
Should be available to relocate to the UAE on short notice.
