Female HR Recruiter – Interior Fit Out/Construction
Job Location – Dubai Production City, Dubai
Salary - AED 4000 - 6000
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resources.
• 3-4 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter in UAE with any Interior fit-out/construction/Advertising company.
• Must have experience conducting different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Hands-on experience with recruitment software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to speak both English and Hindi language fluently.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be considered.
