Hiring Executive Assistant to CEO
Requirements:
• Efficiently manage the CFO’s schedule, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Liaise across departments and stakeholders to schedule meetings, ensuring prompt task completion.
• Prepare meeting agendas, capture minutes, and diligently follow up on action items.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email, letters, and phone calls.
• Conduct comprehensive research, providing crucial information to support the CFO’s projects.
• Craft and refine reports, presentations, and various documents as needed.
• Exhibit discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Perform general office duties like filing, copying and scanning.
• Maintain the CFO’s contacts database and other administrative systems accurately.
• Provide support to other departments and staff members as required.
• Serve as a vital liaison between the CFO and SLT for seamless coordination on daily issues.
• Conduct site office visits for comprehensive assessments and updates.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Substantial experience of 3-5 years as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and exceptional interpersonal capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software applications.
• Strong attention to detail, the ability to manage confidential data, and uphold accuracy.
• Proactive, self-motivated, with an adaptable attitude and a positive approach to learning.
• Capability to thrive independently or as a collaborative team member in a fast-paced environment.
