Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HOD and 5 year as a teacher
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of teacher including experience with coaching and professional development
• Knowledhe of current research and best practices in subject education, and the ability to apply this knowledge curriculum development and institutional practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and Organizational skills
• Proficiency in technology tools and resource of education including, interactive whiteboard, online resources and educational software
