Hiring Fit-out Engineer
Department: Civil Works
Responsibilities:
• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• The candidate Should have experience in fit-out projects and related works in civil works.
• The candidate should have the capacity to create detailed reports that are easily understood by a wide array of people.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Preparation of technical submittals and should have good project management skills and technical knowledge about fit out details.
• Run the projects within the budget (knowledge of cost details skills are mandatory)
• Observing existing processes, analysing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly.
• Monitoring and tracking project progress and writing up reports.
• Attending and scheduling meetings as required.
• Delegating tasks and ensuring workers receive feedback.
• Preparation of Project variation to the client we respect the contract terms and conditions.
• Should have good knowledge of Market/Clients/Suppliers/Contractors
• Should have strong Communication and Negotiation Skills.
• Should have strong management and control of subcontractors and suppliers.
