Job Description:
• Manage Fleet
• Manage Drivers
• Vehicle allotment to drivers
• Daily ODO meter record of all the Vehicles
• Maintain the record of Fleet Renewals, Registration & Insurance
• Training for drivers
• Checking Vehicle Conditions
• Belt, battery, etc - stock management
• Handle Accident Cases
• Schedule of drivers with Dispatch Supervisor
• Accident Claim opening
• Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• Traffic Fines update and communicate to staff
• Fleet Registration Cards update
• Direct the development of plans for the fleet to achieve targets
• Reporting on a weekly/monthly basis or as otherwise required
