Debt Collector required
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Debt Collector to join our team. The Debt Collector will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding debts from clients in accordance with the UAE’s legal and regulatory framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact clients to discuss and negotiate repayment options.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all debt collection activities.
• Adhere to UAE debt collection regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with the legal team when legal action is required.
• Prepare and submit reports on debt collection progress.
• Resolve customer inquiries and disputes professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in debt collection, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of UAE debt collection laws and regulations.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
