KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Take initiatives to meet market share and sales goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Strategize and implement sales initiatives targeting Key Accounts, including distributors, OR, e-commerce platforms, online retailers, and resellers.
• Maintain strong long-term relationships with key accounts across all organizational levels.
• Assist senior management in shaping sales and service strategies by offering valuable market insights and recommendations based on channel experience and customer feedback, enabling informed decision-making.
• Identify needs and actively address obstacles hindering sales, working towards effective solutions.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure the seamless fulfillment of sales according to the business plan.
