We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor (Steel Structure) for a reputed steel manufacturer in UAE.
Role Description
Responsible for the daily execution of the tendering process, reviews and analysis of company risks associated with each tender, and accountable for the collation and submission of the tender proposals in accordance with client Invitation to Tender (ITT) requirements. Secure a potentially profitable workstream for the business by ensuring that bids are prepared in a timely manner, are attractive to our customers, and meet the company’s requirements.
Qualifications
• Ability to calculate quantities for steel structure.
• Ability to identify variations for steel structure and metal works.
• Well knowledge in MIP, WIR
• Should be able to prepare interim monthly applications.
