Are you fluent in both Arabic and English? Do you have exceptional communication skills? Join our team at our luxurious 4-star hotel as a Telephone Operator and be the voice of hospitality!
Location: 23rd Street, Al Barsha 1, Al Barsha, Dubai
Language Requirements: Arabic and English fluency required
Job Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Assist guests with inquiries, room reservations, and requests
• Provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities
• Handle guest complaints and concerns with tact and empathy
• Transfer calls to appropriate departments and extensions
• Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor at all times
Qualifications:
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Polite and courteous telephone etiquette
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Knowledge of hotel services and local attractions is an advantage
