Hiring Finance Officer
Gist of the role:
· Assist in consolidation of IFRS compliant monthly/quarterly financials based on subsidiaries excel reporting package for reporting to group management and other stakeholders
· Manage accounting for holding entities
· Manage local regulatory, statutory and legal compliances (VAT, ESR, Corporate Tax, etc.) for holding entities
· Assist in statutory audit of group and holding entities
Job Location: Jebel Ali
Person Specification:
· Qualification: Chartered Accountant
· Experience & Knowledge
· Knowledge: knowledge of financial consolidation, IFRS, and UAE & DIFC company rules and regulations.
· Experience: 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in an industry other than financial institutions/Audit firm. Working experience for UAE VAT and ESR return. Corporate Tax exposure in other country would be plus points.
· Systems knowledge: SAP (ideal) and/or Oracle with hands on excel skills
· Mobility: The candidate should be willing to relocate to any of the group company located across the globe and willing to travel as per work assignments, etc.
