We operate call centers in various languages and hire the best talents in the sales field. Our office is located in the heart of the Business Bay in Dubai, UAE and we are expanding as we speak, adding more talents to our fast-growing family.
We are looking for Japanese Speaking Retention Representatives to join our Japanese Department in Dubai, UAE.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Perform outbound calls to existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication
· Actively engage with new client leads and convert them to new clients according to regulations
· Achieve personal and team sales targets on a consistent basis as outlined by the Head of Sales
· Maintain high levels of client acquisition, retention, and reactivation
We’re looking for someone:
· who has at least 2-year work experience in sales and retention
· is professional or above Japanese speaker
· Is willing to work in Dubai, UAE

· Competitive basic salary (2,000 - 4,000 USD based on experience)
· 4-5% commission
