Hiring BIM Modeler
We have an interesting opportunity for a BIM Modeler to join a creative studio in Dubai and further their career.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 4 years’ experience in Building Construction Project modeling/drafting.
• At least 3 years’ experience in BIM project implementation.
• Proficient in using BIM tools, Revit, Dynamo etc.
• Preferably with experience working with Main Contractor.
• Preferably with experience in projects in GCC.
• Able to complete models, shop drawings in timely and quality manner
Job Description
• Support the BIM Manager & Coordinator in project/sector BIM execution.
• Develop all design components such as libraries, families, catalogues, templates and models using the relevant modeling tools.
• Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information
• Maintain the graphic and non-graphic data embedded in the BIM models, ensure data completeness, correctness and accuracy.
• Produce BIM Model deliverables for Construction, documentation and frabrication
• Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM Based quatification and 4D simulation
• Assist in configuring the Common Data Environment (CDE) for project use.
• Use the relevant library management tools to build, store and manage model libraries.
• Prepare packages for submissions.
• Configure and run clash tests and provide assistance to BIM coordinator as needed.
• Prepare own discipline model and/or content for internal reviews and coordination meetings.
• Collect and validate data as per Asset Information Models (AIM’s) and Client Specific requirements.
