We are hiring a Front Office Manager for a 5-star hotel in the UAE.
As a Front Office Manager in a 5-star hotel, your responsibilities will include the following:
• Managing daily Front Office operations such as check-ins, check-outs, room reservations, and guest services.
• Ensuring that guest experiences are exceptional by maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
• Monitoring guest feedback and working with the team to address any issues or concerns guests may have.
• Establishing and implementing standard operating procedures for the Front Office team to follow.
• Providing training and development programs to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge.
• Managing the Front Office budget, including payroll, expenses, and revenues.
• Providing regular reports and analysis to the General Manager or other departments, as required.
• Using effective communication skills to ensure all hotel departments are working together efficiently.
• Ensuring that all Front Office equipment is well-maintained and functioning correctly.
• Overseeing security procedures, including monitoring and controlling access to guest rooms and the hotel.
As a Front Office Manager, you are expected to lead by example and maintain the high standards of a property. You must be adaptable, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and solve problems quickly.
