Hiring Receptionist Personal Assistant (Female)
Location: Dubai (Candidates who are currently in Dubai, will only be considered.)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist cum Personal Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support to HR, calendar management of MD. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative assistance to HR & senior management as required.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
• Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Manage and maintain calendars, making sure all appointments are well-organized.
Travel Arrangements:
• Assist in booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all necessary documents are in order.
Office Supplies and Inventory:
• Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
• Maintain an inventory of office supplies and request replenishments.
Data Entry and Filing:
• Maintain accurate and organized records, both electronic and paper-based.
• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
Confidentiality:
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Other Duties:
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as requested by management.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree; additional qualifications as a secretary or administrative assistant will be a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar role as a receptionist and/or personal assistant.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, fax machines).
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
