Hiring Risk & Safety Engineers for Abu Dhabi location!
Employment type - Direct hire (Permanent)
Location - BV Abu Dhabi office
Skills and Qualifications
• Years of Experience: at least 8yrs of proven experience in preparing technical safety studies for Oil and Gas projects
• Qualification: Bachelor or Masters in Chemical Engineering / Process Safety or equivalent
• Skills: Strong Interpersonal Skills with good verbal & written communication in English
• Project Management: Capable to handle and execute QRA, FERA, EERA and other Safety Studies.
• Software Skills: Must have proven hand on experience in the following software, as a minimum: PHA Pro, PHA works, PHAST/SAFETI and Detect3D
Main Responsibilities:
• The Risk & Safety Engineer will be Involved in handling and executing technical studies for various projects within the field of competencies as detailed below:
• Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA)
• Consequence Modeling/ Fire Risk Assessment Studies (FERA)
• Building Risk Assessment (BRA)
• Escape, Evacuation and Rescue Analysis (EERA)
• Flare Radiation & Dispersion Analysis
• 3D F&G;Mapping Studies
• Assist as scribe and preparatory works for HAZID, HAZOP and SIL studies
