Skill sets and capabilities:
• Microsoft Windows Servers Administration.
• Linux Redhat and SUSE Operating systems.
• VMWare virtualization (ESXi, vSphere).
• Microsoft Active Directory, Terminal servers.
• Networking routing, switching and Wireless (Cisco, DeLL, Aruba).
• Firewalls mainly FortiGate.
• VPN experience, both with users and IPsec tunnelling (PFSense Wireguard).
• SAML and LDAP, preferably with “Keycloak” software.
• SAN Storages mainly Pure Storage.
• Synology NAS experience.
• Backup operations for servers, data, and replication.
• Office365, focusing on Exchange online, Azure AD, and MS Teams.
• Email gateways, specifically Cisco CES gateways.
• Microsoft Azure IaaS.
• Network and systems monitoring tools, specifically with Zabbix.
• IT Infrastructure hardware administration and troubleshooting.
• 2nd and 3rd level IT Infrastructure operations and support.
