We are urgently Hiring Accountant (Account Payable Functions)
• Location: Dubai
• Experience: 3+ years required
• Recording all purchase invoices (Accounts Payables) in ERP as per policies & procedures to ensure up to date records.
• Recording all receipts (Accounts Receivables) in ERP as per policies & procedures to ensure up to date records.
• Assist Finance Manager for ensuring proper financial records, to prepare ad hoc reports and support operations.
• Recording bank entries and ensuring bank reconciliation on daily basis for all accounts.
• Recording AP & AR records and ensuring reconciliation on a timely basis.
• Customer account reconciliation after receiving collection.
• Other debtors’ reconciliation with related parties.
• Releasing GRN on daily basis.
• Vendor and customer master creation.
• Updating fixed assets fields and capitalization.
• Posting purchase invoices as per VAT norms.
• Inter-company reconciliation.
• Processing payments and vendor reconciliation when required.
• Other activities such as salik, enoc recharge, voucher & fuel bills check.
• Preparation of VAT report.
• Matching off voucher to the redeemed invoice on daily basis.
