Position: Chef de Cuisine - Italian & Mediterranean Cuisine
Location: Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
• Create, plan, and execute exquisite Italian and Mediterranean menus in line with our hotel’s standards and customer preferences.
• Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure the highest quality of food production and service.
• Collaborate with the Food and beverage team to develop seasonal and special event menus.
• Maintain the highest levels of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and work within budgetary guidelines.
• Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve culinary excellence.
• Stay updated with industry trends and continuously innovate our menu offerings.
