We are looking for an Account Manager (Channel, Transportation, Finance, Carrier, Govn, Education verticals) in Dubai/ Abu Dhabi.
Role Description: As an Account Manager at Huawei, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing and developing strategic relationships with key clients in the UAE region. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that align with their business objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
• Understand customer business strategies and challenges to position Huawei solutions effectively.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute account plans, including sales strategies, forecasting, and opportunity management.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as technical specialists, to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Provide regular reporting and insights on account performance, sales pipeline, and market trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, telecommunications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record of success in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the technology industry.
• Deep understanding of telecommunications, networking, and digital solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
